Research labs
Advanced electrical drive and power electronics labs are available. Advanced setups with induction machines, permanent magnet and brushless DC motors are parts of the machinery lab. The control of motors is utilized using floating point DSP and FPGAs. Different types of research on electrical drives and power electronics using advanced technologies and up-to-date simulators are possible in the labs. Currently we are in the process of establishing renewable energy and fault diagnostic setups.
