Way Lee completed his doctorate degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with his research work devoted in numerical methods and modeling of thermal processes. His thesis works focused on the multi-component effects on the evaporation and combustion of biodiesel and blends. Upon graduation, he accepted an offer of Principal Engineer from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, where he studied the fluid and thermal flow within electronic packages using commercial softwares such as ANSYS and Fluent. He joined the MSTF group at the Texas A&M University at Qatar in May 2012. His effort will be devoted to the characterization of nanofluid flow using CFD methods
